Welcome to The Clarity Foundry (operated by Lantern Foundry Ltd, registered office: 3 Hill Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3JZ). By accessing our website, downloading our materials, or booking an analysis session ("The Clarity Review"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business. Please read them carefully.

1. Strict Non-Advice & Educational Disclaimer

• No Regulated Financial Advice: The Clarity Foundry provides corporate financial education, generic data analysis, and mathematical modeling services. We do not provide regulated personal financial advice, investment management, or retail product recommendations.

• No Product Sales: We do not sell financial products, receive commissions, or act as independent financial advisers (IFAs).

• Consumer Responsibility: Any information, analysis, report, or cash flow projection provided during "The Clarity Review" or via "The Future Map" upgrade is for illustrative, educational, and guidance purposes only. It does not constitute a personal recommendation to invest, transfer, open, or close any retail financial wrapper or pension pot. You remain entirely responsible for your own financial decisions. Before implementing any specific transaction, you should independently verify the facts or consult a FCA-regulated professional adviser.

2. Bookings, Payments & Fees

• Service Fees: The base fee for The Clarity Review is a fixed sum of £395, payable in full at the time of booking via our online terminal. "The Future Map" software upgrade is an optional add-on priced at an additional fixed sum of £200.

• Information Provision: The accuracy and depth of our analysis rely entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the statement data you provide via our secure upload channels. We hold no liability for errors or data deficiencies resulting from outdated third-party pension provider documentation.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you request a rescheduling with more than 24 hours' notice, we will accommodate your request free of charge.

• Refund Eligibility: Full refunds can be issued upon request if the cancellation notice is received more than 24 hours before your scheduled session start time.

• If less than 24 hours' notice is given, refunds or reschedules are granted strictly at our sole discretion. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 1 hour of the session start time or for no-shows.

• Digital/Software Upgrades: Due to the irreversible nature of digital onboarding provisions, "The Future Map" software allocation fee (£200) is non-refundable once the software access profile has been provisioned.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Scots Law, Lantern Foundry Ltd and its directors shall not be liable for any direct or indirect financial loss, loss of investment growth, tax charges, or perceived damages arising from any action you take or refrain from taking based on the generic educational guidance, reports, or software tools provided across this platform. All tools and templates are used strictly at your own risk.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Business, your use of our platform, and any contractual disputes arising from our services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Scotland, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
