3. How We Use Your Data
All data provided for a Clarity Review is used solely for forensic analysis and educational guidance. Our primary uses include generating forensic reports for clarity and insight, and validating financial data points against historical benchmarks.
Legal Basis
We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity to perform the Clarity Review and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
4. Security & Compliance
We prioritize 'bank-standard' security and the principle of data sovereignty. Your sensitive financial archives are processed in secure, private environments and are never fed into public AI models.
Data Retention
To maintain maximum privacy, all forensic data and uploaded documents are purged from our active systems 30 days after your Clarity Session is completed.
